About me
I'm Ayleen, a creative mentor and soul designer based in Bath.But before any of those titles, I’m someone who has spent a lifetime learning what it means to live creatively, not just to make art, but to make a life that feels like mine.I grew up in a family where perfection was praised, and mistakes weren’t really allowed. For a long time, that made me afraid to try, afraid to be wrong, afraid to be seen.Even though creativity always came naturally to me, I realised that self-expression didn’t always feel safe. I had to unlearn the idea that there was a “right way” to do things and find the courage to create from curiosity instead of fear.Along this journey, I’ve become deeply connected to the laws of the universe, to the power of energy, intention, and alignment. I’ve come to see that creativity is part of the process of creation itself, the bridge between imagination and reality. Everything we create begins inside us first, and our outer world always mirrors our inner one. My life and work are guided by that truth.I’m also committed to growth and healing, continuously peeling back layers, learning, and returning to the calm, magnetic energy that creativity brings.Today, through my podcast, Letters from the Studio, 1:1 mentoring and Brand & Soul Design, I help others reconnect with that same creative energy within themselves, the one that feels natural, fulfilling, and completely their own.I am also available for talks and workshops on creativity and personal growth, if you'd like me to speak at your event, get in touch. 🌿
